1. The service
Influnco creates photos, videos, scripts and captions presented by AI-generated virtual personalities, and can publish approved content to social accounts you connect. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload photos of real people without their permission, or create content that impersonates a real person.
- Only use product photos, links and brand material you are allowed to use.
- Do not create content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, or harmful to children.
- Keep the AI and affiliate disclosures on published content, and follow the rules of the platforms you publish to and advertising standards such as the ASA’s.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. Subject to these terms and the AI providers’ terms, you may use the content generated for you for your business. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers only as needed to run the service and publish it where you ask. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble other material: check it before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
5. Credits, packages and payment
Generations use credits, shown before you start. Credits for a generation that fails are refunded automatically. Packages are paid once or monthly; a monthly package renews until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal while keeping the credits already added. Prices include any taxes stated at checkout. Apart from failed generations and where the law requires, payments are not refundable.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect Instagram, YouTube or another platform, you authorise us to publish the content you approve to that account. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. You can disconnect at any time in Connections.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change these terms; we will tell account owners about significant changes, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
9. Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are unpaid.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts handle any disputes.
