Disconnect an Instagram or YouTube account
- Sign in to Influnco and open Connections.
- Choose Disconnect next to the account.
The stored access tokens are deleted immediately and any scheduled posts to that account are cancelled.
Remove the app from Instagram or Facebook
You can also remove Influnco from Meta’s side: in Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or in Facebook, Settings → Apps and websites), find Influnco and choose Remove. When Meta tells us an account has been removed, we delete its tokens.
Delete all your data
Email hello@crmmates.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us your workspace name if you have more than one. We will confirm the request and, within 30 days, delete your account, workspaces you own, uploaded and generated media, and stored social account data.
We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records for tax, and delete them when that period ends. Content already published to your social accounts stays there; delete it on the platform itself.
